SHIPPING & PRE-ORDERS POLICY:
Please note that when a drop is in PRE ORDER shipping and processing time may vary, please allow 3-4 weeks for production and shipping, usually the production time is around 20-30 days, but once we receive the goods all orders will be shipped in 2-3 days and delivered in 24/48H in EU and 3-5 days in USA, rest of the world shipping may vary on the service you choose. PLEASE NOTE that your order after being handed to logistic service , will not be under our responsibility anymore. For any update, delay, and problems check our instagram.
CHARGEBACK & DISPUTE POLICY:
By completing a purchase on ELEVN, the customer agrees to contact our support team before initiating any chargeback or bank dispute, giving us the opportunity to resolve any issues directly. Chargebacks opened without prior contact may be considered misuse of the payment dispute system.
Once a chargeback is opened:
-the order is automatically placed on hold
-any unfulfilled shipments are suspended until the chargeback is officially resolved
